I’ve always had a hard time visualizing Tom Hardy as Max Rockatansky. I don’t say this as if I’m arguing against his performance in the role, I mean I literally can’t see Tom Hardy when he plays Max. I used to see some ungodly combination of Gerard Butler and Russell Crowe, and eventually I saw Chris Pratt, but now I have a hard time finding any single person that could be presented as a MM:FR Max analogue.
